Diginex plans to acquire compliance automation company Findings for $305 million.
PANews August 13, according to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed digital asset Financial Service company Diginex announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire the compliance automation company Findings for $305 million, which includes $270 million in Diginex company shares and up to $35 million in cash. It is reported that Diginex owns the crypto assets exchange EQUOS and the security token custody division Digivault, which is registered as a hosted wallet provider.
