Singapore will implement new regulations for cryptocurrency companies that establish a physical presence locally but provide offshore services. Affected companies must cease related operations by June 30. It is reported that some well-known trading platforms are considering relocating their staff to other regions. The Monetary Authority of Singapore stated that this move is a continuation of the 2022 regulations and only affects a very small number of companies.

A privacy protocol will launch its testnet on July 1. The protocol provides developers with cross-chain privacy solutions through fully homomorphic encryption technology, supporting the deployment of "confidential smart contracts" on existing Blockchains.

A certain blockchain project announced the launch of a token delegation program, with the initial registration period open until July 1. The program aims to support the network's decentralization process by empowering validators.
