Abstract generation in progress

Block chain angel investor Tobias Bauer recently announced on Linkedin that he has invested in Functionland. The product services of the Decentralization infrastructure technology team Functionland combine hardware equipment, GPU computing, and Block chain coin rewards, providing developers with a "non-cloud" self-hosted data center and intelligent server hard drive. Technological highlights include hardware equipment to protect user privacy, instant access, encryption streaming transmission, and Block chain coin economy.

VCs investing in Functionland include Protocol Labs (Filecoin), Delta Blockchain Fund, Parity (Polkadot), Outlier Ventures, Techstars, and SingularityDAO.

Why do many VCs have high hopes for Functionland? Ben Goertzel, the founder of Singularity Net, said that Functionland's infrastructure provides a decentralized and distributed network for edge AI, which means it has the opportunity to become a hardware partner for AI chips and may even do business with Nvidia.

Functionland, ranked among the top 20 in the IoTeX Get Goated DePIN program, is about to launch the reward for token $FULA.

What is DePIN (Decentralized Hardware Infrastructure Network)?

The literal translation of DePIN is Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network, which simply means bringing the infrastructure on the cloud back to the ground for hardware construction. If RWA (Real World Assets) brings real-world assets to the on-chain virtual space for storage, DePIN brings on-chain virtual assets to the real world for storage. The application scenarios of DePIN can include hardware manufacturing and sales, game token economy, as previously introduced, BitBoy One for earning tokens through games or developing your own data center, and so on.

Introduction to Functionland

Functionland aims to create the world's first ecosystem where users can have control over their privacy, data, and decentralized finance. Users or development teams can purchase the native product: FxBlox Smart Server, which stores data in their own homes, offices, or mobile devices, giving them control over the data center.

FxBlox Smart Server Features

Designed by world-renowned industrial designer Yves Behar, as reported by Forbes. Users have their own smart servers and can plug and play without relying on centralized telecom companies for bandwidth and storage functions to upload and download data. Save on cloud storage subscription fees and retain data privacy.

Token economy comes by itself, and the Fula ecosystem of Functionland can accumulate rewards at home and in the workspace.

Native mobile application

Functionland develops native apps that can store galleries and data.
