When the 30-day moving average hash rate surpasses the 60-day moving average hash rate, it signifies that the worst period of Miner Capitulation has ended. It is worth noting that Miner Capitulation is rare and usually occurs on the eve of a long-term pump in BTC. The last Miner Capitulation phase occurred in mid-October 2024, coinciding with the breakthrough of the previous bull market's all-time high, and in the following two months, BTC eventually reached a new all-time high of $108,000.
