【金色财经】报道称，由 Michael Saylor 领导的 Bitcoin金库公司 Strategy 宣布，再次购入 21,021 枚 Bitcoin，平均购入价约为 11.73万美元，使其总 Varlıklar 达到 628,791 枚，按当前 piyasa değeri 约合 740 亿美元。本次购币资金来自 Strategy 第四轮"Stretch"优先股（STR）发行，发行价为每股 90美元，共募资约 25.21亿美元，成为迄今 2025 年美国规模最大的 IPO，也是自 2009年以来美股市场最大规模的永续优先股发行。
